Ordered walnut colour to match house however colour received was much lighter then sample when ordered therefore does not match. Emailed and inquired and was told it was within the walnut finish range. Craftsmanship is nice but colouring is way off

Quality sucks the picture online is better than what you get. Will never purchase from this website.
Nothing like it was advertised. I spent $80 on 2 of these and they look like someone just bought a cricut machine and some glass etching cream and I got the first two glasses they practiced on. Advertised on the bottom of the glass, etched on the side. Faintly. Also ordered a canvas, shipped separately which was odd, but clearly the canvas came from someone else because it was actually well done.
