Return & Exchange Policy

Important: Custom Made-to-Order Products

All BuckinDad products are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review the policy carefully before placing an order.


❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Slight color, alignment, or placement differences due to the printing process

  • Orders already in production (production begins 12 hours after purchase)

💡 Please carefully review the size chart and product preview before checkout. All sales are final once production starts.


Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

We are happy to offer a full refund or free replacement if the issue is caused by us, including:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • Wrong product, design, or size sent

  • Manufacturing or printing defects

  • Order confirmed lost in transit by the carrier

In eligible cases, you are not required to return the item. We aim to reduce unnecessary shipping and waste whenever possible.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing cs@buckindad.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

  • A video unboxing the package that clearly shows the issue (required for damage or defect claims)

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.


Refund Options

Once approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full refund to your original payment method

  • Free replacement, produced and shipped at no extra cost

In certain minor cases (e.g. small cosmetic flaws), we may offer a partial refund.


Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs (if return is required)

  • All other cases: Customer is responsible for return shipping


Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Review & approval: 2 business days

  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Replacement production & shipping: 7–14 business days

Most customers receive their refund or replacement sooner than the estimated timeframe.
