1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 

    Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. 
    We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

    2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

      Orders placed on our website may take up to 3-4 business days to process before leaving our warehouse. 

      Once shipped, orders can take between 4-6 business days to be delivered depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.  

      Occasionally, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your delivery

      3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

        Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact cs@buckindad.com, we will contact the shipping carrier.

        4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

          Orders from our store typically ship within 4 to 6 business days from shipping date.

          If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us (cs@buckindad.com) for timely support.

          5. PAYMENT

          What type of payments do you accept?

          We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal.

          When will my card be charged?

          Just after your order has been successfully placed.

          6. HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

          We strictly adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our store.

          Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

          7. RECEIVE THE WRONG/ DAMAGED ORDER?

          Send photos of the product and shipping label to support for resolution.

          8. HOW DO I RETURN THE ORDER ?

          All items at Buckindad are made after customers place orders so we cannot accept returns when the customers suddenly have a change of mind upon receipt. Buckindad, however, does stand behind our products and will offer reprints if the products are indeed defective, wrong, or damaged. You only need to lodge a ticket with well-focused photos of the product(s) and we will review the claim immediately.
