All BuckinDad products are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, a wrong size selected by the customer, slight color or placement differences caused by the printing process, or orders that have already entered production.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and the order can no longer be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong product, design, or size, your item has a manufacturing or printing defect, or your order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at cs@buckindad.co.
